Primary Duties & Responsibilities   * Direct & oversee all import/export activities in designated manufacturing site including corporate and statutory reporting, planning of material and shipment. * Responsible on dealing with any issues involving industrial parks, industrial park management boards, Local Planning & Investment Department. * Responsible in dealing with forwarders for all inward and outward shipments. * Responsible in dealing with other departments. Education & Experience   * Bachelor’s Degree in one of following specialization: Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics or related field. * 8+ years of relevant experience of Import-Export in manufacturing company with 3+ years managerial/leadership experience * Having practical experience in international trade, logistics, customs regulations, and supply chain management is highly valued * Working experience for EPE (Export Processing Enterprise) is a must Skills   * Independent, self-motivated, accurate and able to lead and manage a team of accounts assistants. * Numeric, have effective oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese. * Good interpersonal skills and negotiation skills. * Good working knowledge of standard computer software and ERP systems. * In-depth knowledge of logistic, custom regulations, import/export regulations and compliance requirements. * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent in MS Office.
