You will work closely with suppliers, warehouse teams, transportation providers, and internal departments to ensure the efficient movement of goods, optimize logistics processes, control operational costs, and maintain reliable delivery performance while supporting the company's overall business objectives.🎯 Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, distribution, order fulfillment, and shipment coordination.• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.• Manage transportation schedules, delivery routes, shipment arrangements, and distribution activities to ensure timely deliveries.• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping companies, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse activities to maintain accurate inventory records and prevent stock discrepancies.• Plan and optimize transportation routes, delivery schedules, and resource allocation to improve productivity and reduce transportation costs.• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery accuracy, on-time delivery rates, transportation costs, and warehouse efficiency.• Analyze logistics performance data to identify operational challenges, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement.• Manage relationships with logistics service providers and negotiate service agreements, transportation rates, and delivery terms.• Ensure shipments are properly documented and comply with relevant transportation, customs, import, export, and trade regulations.• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, inventory reports, and other logistics records.• Collaborate with procurement, sales, customer service, finance, and warehouse teams to coordinate supply chain activities.• Develop and manage logistics budgets, monitor operational expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.• Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to minimize delays and operational risks.• Lead, supervise, and train logistics personnel to ensure effective teamwork, accountability, and consistent operational performance.• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transportation, warehouse management, shipment handling, and inventory control.• Investigate delivery delays, damaged goods, lost shipments, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.• Evaluate logistics systems and technologies to improve shipment tracking, inventory visibility, reporting accuracy, and operational coordination.• Prepare regular logistics performance reports, cost analyses, and operational updates for senior management.• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, company policies, and applicable logistics and transportation regulations.• Build strong working relationships with logistics partners and internal stakeholders to support business growth and customer satisfaction.✅ Requirements• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Transportation Manager, or in a similar logistics-related role.• A bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.• Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation planning, warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution processes.• Demonstrated experience managing logistics teams, coordinating shipments, and overseeing daily operational activities.• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to manage multiple shipments, operational priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, freight management, customs procedures, and import/export requirements.• Experience working with freight forwarders, transportation companies, warehouse operators, and third-party logistics providers is an advantage.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools for logistics performance analysis and cost monitoring.• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS) is an advantage.• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate employees and improve operational performance.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.• Good understanding of logistics cost structures, budget management, and operational cost optimization.• Ability to interpret operational data, monitor KPIs, and develop practical solutions to improve efficiency.• High attention to detail when managing shipment documentation, inventory records, and delivery schedules.• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, operational reliability, and continuous process improvement.• Ability to identify supply chain risks and implement effective contingency plans.• Knowledge of health and safety requirements relevant to transportation, warehousing, and goods handling.• Previous experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, e-commerce fulfillment, or third-party logistics (3PL) operations is an advantage.• Relevant professional certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or transportation management are an advantage.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and
