This position is designed to develop future leaders by providing hands-on experience in all aspects of rental car operations, customer service, sales, fleet management, and team leadership. Responsibilities: Learn daily branch operations and company procedures. Help achieve sales, revenue, and operational goals. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns. Assist with fleet management, vehicle inventory, and logistics. Support employee training, scheduling, and team development. Maintain high standards for vehicle quality and branch appearance. Develop leadership skills through mentoring and hands-on management experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Previous customer service, sales, or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication and leadership potential. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
