Join our Chick-fil-A North Collin Street’s leadership team as our Management Trainee, where we’re looking for a passionate, driven individual who is ready to grow into an impactful leader.

Over the course of 6 months, the Manager Trainee will gain life skills, leadership expertise, and hands-on business management experience that paves the way for a successful future as a Restaurant Manager with Chick-fil-A.
Previous Chick-fil-A experience is highly preferred, but is not required.

• Lead with Impact: Inspire and manage team members, creating a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Coaching and Mentorship: Support and train managers and team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high food quality standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee food preparation, quality assurance, and daily food safety protocols.
• Team Collaboration & Coaching: Work alongside leadership and executive directors to train employees, track their performance, coach on improvements, and maintain operational smoothness.
• Performance Management: Evaluate key operational reports and identify areas for improvement.
