Are you a natural leader with a passion for great food and even better service? Imo’s Pizza is looking for 2 experienced, high-performing Manager Candidates to join our elite team. Qualified individuals will enter our Manager Trainee Program.

Role Description:

• This program consists of 4 steps, advancing based on performance and openings:
• Learn and perform all aspects of Imo’s restaurants – kitchen, counter, delivery.
• Take on assistant management responsibilities.
• Take on store management shifts.
• Become a full-time store manager.
• Provide superior customer service and the highest quality product.
• Operate an efficient and effective team.
• Uphold high standards for staff performance and store appearance.
• Coach and hold team members accountable to daily expectations.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health codes and safety standards.

Hiring Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive, hard-working and team-first attitude
• Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and food safety
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Previous restaurant or food service management experience preferred
• Willing and able to work nights and weekends

Compensation:

• Progressive compensation based on performance and advancement:
• Store trainee: $15.75/hour (negotiable based on experience)
• Assistant manager: $17.50/hour
• Back-up manager: $20.00/hour
• Full-time manager: Averages $60,000–$65,000+ per year
