Learn from the Best – Shadow our top-performing Office Managers and District Leaders to understand what it takes to run a high-energy dental office successfully. You’ll gain hands-on experience with real-time coaching every step of the way.
Leadership Development – Work closely with your mentor and district leaders on leadership principles, communication strategies, and team development. You’ll practice handling real workplace scenarios, building confidence to lead your own team.

Lead Morning Huddles – Set the tone for the day! Motivate your team, align on daily goals, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges head-on.
Drive Results – Support your team in meeting production goals, patient satisfaction, and operational KPIs. Learn how to balance leading people while managing performance metrics.
Create the Patient Experience – Work with patients to review treatment plans, build trust, and help them understand their care. You’ll also guide them through financing options and help create a stress-free experience.
Build your Operational Tool Kit – Learn how to manage supplies, control budgets, report expenses, and handle month-end closeouts — all critical skills for future leaders.
