Manager in Training
Join our rapidly expanding company, Magna Services Group, which owns and operates over 20 Hungry Howie’s locations. We seek a highly motivated individual for the Manager in Training (M.I.T.) position. Applicants must be 18 or older and have prior restaurant experience.
We are excited to announce the construction of two new locations! The first will be situated at the intersection of 10 Mile and Southfield Rd in Southfield, while the second will be found at Maple and Orchard Lake Rd in West Bloomfield. We look forward to serving our community in these new spaces!
Responsibilities include covering shifts, overseeing hiring and firing, creating schedules, managing inventory, training staff, enforcing company policies, and being present during peak hours. As our company continues to expand, there will be growth opportunities. Once established, the M.I.T. will have the chance to manage its own Hungry Howie’s location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
