Earning Potential: At Jersey Mike’s, we believe in rewarding dedication and excellence. A fully trained manager who consistently meets performance expectations has the potential to earn between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on factors such as experience, location, and store performance.

TRAINING WILL BE CONDUCTED IN OUR FAIRFIELD, CT LOCATION.

This position requires the candidate to have three-to-five years current restaurant management experience. Managers are responsible for the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store/operation, including, but not limited to:

• Store sales
• Volume
• Quality of service
• Customer satisfaction
• Day to day food service responsibilities
• Profit margin
• Create employee schedule
• Hiring, Training, Coaching, Holding team accountable to goals, Associate recognition, Associate terminations
• Place inventory orders
• Lead employee training
• Lead by example
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions
