Pepsi MidAmerica is looking for a highly motivated, aggressive, & self-driven Professional Manager In Training (MIT) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. The goal of this Manager In Training is to grow the business and relationships. The focus of this position will be in the Effingham, IL area. The Manager In Training position would require, but is not limited to, the following skill sets and responsibilities: * Drive sales for assigned territory through promotions, events, relationships and growing contracts * Develops a close relationship with Store Managers and ensures that all accounts are maintained consistent with our policies. * Physical endurance, and the ability to be on feet, and travel as business dictates. * Ability to identify prospective customers, generate leads, and conversion of competitor accounts. * Maintain Pepsi MidAmerica standards, while creating sales opportunities in designated accounts and prospective accounts. Qualifications: * 1 to 2 years of previous managerial experience is required * Bachelor's Degree Preferred * Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, online research, and typing/editing reports Pay Information: * $50,000.00 per year to $70,000.00 per year. * The range depends on experience and the location in which you work.
