Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Using your practice knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful Influencer campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
  • You will be responsible for planning and managing larger-scale campaigns with support from Associate Directors and Directors
  • Responsible for day-to-day delivery of mid-sized client campaigns including effectively managing internal workstreams and owning client communications to ensure a smooth delivery with the highest standard of output
  • Leading campaign planning for mid-sized clients, advising on strategic recommendations and monitoring efficiency
  • Responsible for planning and managing larger-scale campaigns with support from Directors
  • Strategic leadership on smaller scale client campaigns
  • Lead influencer negotiations to secure optimal pricing while providing guidance and support to Associates, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Empower team to ensure campaign processes are followed, ensuring consistent output, while contributing ideas around process automation and improvement to ensure a best in class Client Service experience
