Description
Key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the implementation of a new enterprise Knowledge Management System, including requirements, content modelling, migration, validation and governance.
Drafting, reviewing and improving internal and customer-facing knowledge content.
Translating complex policies, legislation and processes into clear, practical and customer-friendly information.
Establishing content standards, governance, review cycles and approval processes.
Analysing customer interactions, complaints, quality and operational data to identify trends and root causes.
Improving contact centre quality assurance frameworks and scorecards.
Turning customer and operational insights into practical continuous improvement initiatives.
Supporting the introduction of automated quality assurance and analytics technology.
Working closely with stakeholders and system vendors to drive successful adoption and sustainable improvements.
Responsibilities
What You'll DoLead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Trainers and Knowledge Specialists.
Partner with stakeholders to identify capability and performance improvement opportunities
Review, enhance and modernise training content and learning frameworks
Build coaching capability across leaders and frontline teams
Drive onboarding, upskilling and ongoing development programs
Oversee knowledge management and continuous improvement initiatives
Support operational readiness for new systems, processes and projects
Champion the use of AI, automation and digital tools to improve learning and performance
Manage knowledge platforms and learning technologies, including Articulate 360, SharePoint and any future platforms
Use insights and data to improve capability, engagement and business outcomes
