Key Responsibilities * Handle day-to-day production support activities. * Work on enhancements, change requests, and new development. * Analyse issues and provide timely resolution. * Coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal teams. * Ensure smooth functioning of existing processes / BOTs / applications. * Prepare documentation such as FSD, BRD, SOP, and RCA. * Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities. * Monitor system performance and ensure stability. * Support audit, compliance, and security requirements. Required Skills * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT / RPA / Automation / Application Support / Development. * Strong understanding of production support and incident management. * Experience in handling change requests and enhancements. * Knowledge of tools such as UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate / SQL / Excel / APIs (modify as needed). * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Preferred Skills * Experience in Banking / Financial Services / IT Operations. * Experience in BOT support / RPA support / Application support. * Knowledge of Azure / Windows / Server / Email / MFA / API integration (optional). * Experience in vendor coordination. Education * Bachelor’s degree in engineering / computer science / IT / Equivalent. Additional Requirements * Strong problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Good documentation skills. * Flexible to support production issues if required.
