MANAGER, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Are you a strategic IT leader looking for an exciting opportunity to drive digital transformation within an innovative company? NACOS Marine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT to lead and manage our corporate IT infrastructure from Hørsholm, Denmark.
As the Head of IT, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and operating robust IT solutions that align with our business objectives. Your leadership will ensure the efficiency and security of our IT operations, both Corporate and Navy, and drive collaboration and synergy across our systems.

MANDATORY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong knowledge in automation and system management.
  • Extensive experience in managing Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
  • Proven experience with relevant and necessary security tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of implementing IT standards (ISO, CIS).
  • Ability to implement and enforce IT policies that align with strategic vision and compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS & BACKGROUND:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in IT leadership roles in medium to large global organizations.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall IT infrastructure and services within the organization, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Develop and manage the corporate IT budget, optimizing resource allocation to meet strategic goals.
  • Lead and enhance IT Service Desk operations for prompt and efficient issue resolution.
  • Safeguard our IT systems by deploying and managing necessary security tools.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards (ISO, CIS).
  • Have a strong focus on standardization to secure a robust system upgrade path.
