Qiddiya Investment Company is actively seeking a dedicated Manager - Infrastructure Planning to join our growing team. In this crucial role, you will spearhead the planning and development of infrastructure projects that support Qiddiya's vision of becoming a leading destination for entertainment and culture in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise will ensure the alignment of our infrastructure initiatives with project goals and community needs. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the infrastructure planning processes, ensuring that projects align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives. Conduct comprehensive assessments of infrastructure needs and prepare detailed planning proposals, including feasibility studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate all aspects of infrastructure planning, including technical, environmental, and regulatory considerations. Engage with local authorities, consultants, and stakeholders to obtain relevant approvals and maintain compliance with regulations. Monitor ongoing projects to evaluate progress and provide updates to senior management, making adjustments as necessary. Facilitate risk management assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential infrastructure issues. Support the continuous improvement of planning processes, incorporating industry best practices and innovative solutions. Lead and mentor a team of planning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in infrastructure planning or related areas, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of infrastructure planning principles, regulations, and best practices. Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement. Proficient in planning software and tools used in infrastructure development. Experience in project management methodologies is a plus.
