Joining our In-House Consulting Team is a rare and unique opportunity. We work with and for our colleagues across the globe, driving cross-functional projects to develop solutions on a variety of topics, including but not limited to strategy, business development, process optimization, market access, innovation, manufacturing, and marketing. As a Manager in our Inhouse Consulting team, you will drive projects across all our business sectors from Healthcare, Life Science, Electronics, and Enabling Functions. While this role is based in the Greater Boston area, we are truly an international and diverse team with offices in Germany, Singapore, and Shanghai, offering global opportunities for career growth and advancement. Joining us, you will hone your skills through consulting projects, grow your internal network, observe real-impact to the business, and build a reputation across the organization as a proactive problem-solver and partner. You will be able to work with a broad landscape of teams and find the best fit. Location: Greater Boston Area, primarily in Burlington, MA. Team is hybrid with 3 days a week in-office expected. Local travel to other nearby sites (e.g., Boston, Bedford) will be required depending on project needs.
Travel: Travel requirements vary by project, estimated <10% domestic and international travel for workshops and internal meetings
Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

• An advanced degree (MD/PhD/MBA/MS) in science, engineering, business, or supply chain
• Minimum 2 years of experience Management consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong preference for candidates with expertise in supply chain, functional operations (e.g., marketing, business development, operational excellence, new product planning), or data & digital
• Management consulting experience with a focus on supply chain logistics and/or data and digital integration; ideally in the life science or semiconductor industries
• Served in a strategic capacity and/or role in a Life Science Services provider (e.g, Lab Products, CRO, CDMO, etc.), Bioprocessing, Chemical, or Semiconductor industry organization
• Excellent experience supporting cross-functional projects in a global matrix organization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading or co-leading projects, cases, or workstreams
• Significant project experience in business strategy and operations
• Strong skills in conflict resolution and executive communication, complemented by a collaborative team spirit and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
