Job Description We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Manager to join our commercial team. This role plays a critical part in driving early-stage sales activity, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and converting them into revenue-generating accounts. Accountabilities Lead and scale the global inside sales function targeting SMEs, unmanaged corporates, and trade partners Drive new business generation and conversion of inbound, outbound, and dormant leads Drive outbound engagement through calls, emails, and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales teams, driving performance against activity and conversion KPIs Optimise Salesforce CRM and sales tools to enhance lead routing, engagement, and pipeline visibility Implement segmentation, lead scoring, and qualification frameworks to prioritise opportunities Develop and monitor dashboards tracking conversion rates, response times, and revenue contribution Ensure seamless handover of qualified opportunities to Field Sales with full context and momentum Embed CRM discipline, data accuracy, and virtual selling best practices Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Finance to align on growth strategy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years’ experience in aviation sales, B2B sales, or inside sales leadership Proven experience building or scaling inside sales or digital sales teams Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Solid understanding of airline commercial and revenue functions Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Additional Information Etihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
