Description
Manage & direct the operations of the respective unit by providing specialist knowledge, coaching, training and development and encouraging and ensuring teamwork, and aligning work processes to achieve high performance standards, meet established targets and objectives (accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Act as a point of reference within own area specialization. Lead the development and execution of inspection plans based on business requirements and inputs from the team to ensure that the unit works according to robust and comprehensive plans that meet Parks and Zones/Jafza objectives, while resolving any deviations. Directly engage in the resolution of complex problems, referring to other internal and external stakeholders if deemed necessary, so that inspection plans are continually implemented and compliance with rules and regulations is guaranteed. Review complex inspection reports that involve financial action (fines) against the customers to ensure that critical matters are addressed promptly, and corresponding corrective action is taken, thus protecting Parks and Zones /Jafza best interests. Authorize critical/complex reports involving fines to ensure that they are executed in line the relevant delegation of authority. Participate & contribute to review security needs and plans of the Zones, contribute inputs & suggestions for ensuring effective handling and management of violations & claims. Liaise with both Internal Departments and External Governmental agencies including Trakhees, Dubai Police, Dubai Customs, World Security etc. Ensure effective communication of company policies to promote understanding & compliance and actively participate in quickly resolving customer complaints. Perform other work associated duties as assigned by direct line manager.
