Your tasks:

• Together with your team, you will work on projects in the area of ​​operations and digital transformation at insurance companies – from the initial process and root cause analysis to successful implementation.
• You design and optimize organizations, processes, and operational and target operating models (TOMs), coordinate restructuring, and automate processes to promote efficiency and innovation.
• You act as a catalyst in the redesign of our customers' process landscape, drive digitalization forward and support the implementation of advanced solutions.
• In workshops and interviews, you analyze existing processes, identify optimization potential, model workflows, quantify them, and support customers in implementing measures or in carrying out operational TOM measures.
• You have a deep understanding of our customers' challenges – both from a professional perspective in the composite, life and health insurance sectors, as well as along the E2E value chain in sales, application/contract and claims/benefits – and develop tailored solutions that lead to sustainable improvements in process management.
• With increasing experience, you will take on more responsibility, manage projects, lead team members, look after our customers and get involved in acquiring new projects.

Your skills:

• You have successfully completed your Master's degree (economics, e.g., business administration, economics, business studies) or you have a comparable professional qualification.
• You bring initial knowledge in the development of process management and in related methods such as domain architecture, process optimization methods and KPI controls.
• Ideally, you already have initial experience in leading digital transformation projects and operational TOM implementation, preferably in operations at an insurance company or in consulting.
• You bring expertise in the automation of processes using RPA, classic process optimization (e.g., process journeys), and the digital transformation of customer service and sales processes.
• You have experience in restructuring projects with organizational impacts, including personnel, processes and IT.
• Your high level of commitment is combined with strong communication skills, creativity, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic team.
