QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Building Services, or relevant field
• Experienced in IFM with deep understanding/portfolio in critical environments
• Able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in critical environments (e.g. Data Centre / Cleanroom / Semiconductor plant)

• Lead and supervise a team of Executives on day-to-day operations, maintenance, repair works, etc
• Ensure achievement of Contract’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Attend to user request/reported breakdown, to investigate, check and analyse the requests/faults within stipulated timeframe
• Ensure subcontractors’ performance meet the required service standard
• Review quotations and reports submitted by subcontractors
• Establish work processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Host monthly meeting with client/users
• Oversee works management processes, including preparation of monthly progress reports, certification of completed works, PO and administration of variation orders
• Manage customer service matters, ensuring timely and professional resolution of feedback or complaints from users and client
• Conduct regular statutory and compliance inspections (e.g., fire safety, structural inspections) and submit corresponding management reports to the Client
• Responsible and accountable for all IFM related works within the facility
