WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: As Manager, Integrated Retail, Retail Brand you will lead the Retail Brand team Germany & Nordics, as part of the Integrated Retail team and report directly into the Director, Integrated Retail Germany & Nordics. In this role you will be based in Berlin and partner with the territory VM&S and EKIN (product education and trialing activation) teams, Brand Management, Nike Direct and Sales teams. You’ll also collaborate closely with the EMEA Retail Brand, Experience and Brand Creative teams as well as a cross functional team from Merchandising and Supply Chain to deliver seasonal sport and lifestyle campaigns that elevate Nike’s brand distinction across Nike Direct stores and wholesale partners. Proven experience in retail or brand marketing leadership Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects Strong communication and influencing skills Budget management and strategic planning expertise Innovative thinking and problem-solving WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON: You’ll drive the integrated retail marketing and consumer activation offense for Germany & Nordics, ensuring every retail touchpoint reflects Nike’s brand priorities in sport and sport culture – lead by innovation, athletes and sport moments, activated with communities and amplified with media, energy and entertainment in close collaboration with the functional teams. You’ll lead seasonal briefs, adapt EMEA strategies, and manage territory-led initiatives to create Nike-only distinction at scale.
