This role is responsible for managing and enhancing the sales support capabilities that serve the UAE Distribution team across both new business acquisition and portfolio retention.  The position oversees a team of sales support professionals responsible for producing high quality Large Corporate (LC) and SME quotations, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving continuous improvement across all quote related processes.  The role also leads the end to end implementation of new business and renewals, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational accuracy, and a seamless customer experience. A core focus is maintaining strong business connectivity and stakeholder alignment across local and international teams.  
Responsibilities
