WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field — or equivalent work experience.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content for diverse internal audiences.
  • Familiarity with technology organizations and modernization trends (including data, analytics, and AI), and an ability to translate these into business-focused communications.
  • Self-starter with strong networking skills — able to work independently, proactively identify opportunities, and embed yourself into larger team discussions.
  • Collaborative influencer with proven success building trust and alignment across senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and matrixed organizations.
  • Creative problem solver, bringing innovative thinking and new tools to address communications challenges.
  • Adaptable and resilient, comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while managing multiple projects to deadline.
  • Advanced presentation design skills (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides, or equivalent), with experience developing executive-ready materials that simplify and amplify complex topics.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of an annual communication strategy for Technology & Analytics, aligned with divisional goals and enterprise priorities.
  • Plan, research, and write a wide variety of high-quality business communications for senior leaders, including remarks, presentations, newsletters, announcements, articles, video scripts, Q&As, and more.
  • Design and develop high-impact presentations for internal townhalls, offsites, and engagement events — ensuring messages are clear, compelling, and visually polished.
  • Craft compelling narratives that distill complex data, analytics, and technology topics into clear, concise, and outcome-driven stories that resonate with business leaders and colleagues alike.
  • Own our communications ecosystem — intranet, email, video, townhalls, team meetings, and campaigns — raising the bar on clarity, relevance, and execution.
  • Leverage new tools, technologies and creative approaches to increase the effectiveness and impact of communications, delivering best-in-class programs.
  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with senior leaders and their teams, understanding their priorities and how communication can support their objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR and culture teams to create communications that advance inclusion and belonging.
  • Provide strategic counsel to leaders during regular updates and change moments, ensuring messages are timely, transparent, and aligned.
  • Measure and optimize communications performance, using data-driven insights to continuously improve reach and impact.
