We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manager Internal Control who is a member of Elekta’s global Internal Control function. The Internal Control function is part of Elekta’s Internal Audit function, overall managed by Chief Audit Executive.
This is a hybrid role (partly office based / home based) reporting to Head of Internal Control who is located in Best, The Netherlands.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT ELEKTA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support business management with the design, improvement, implementation, and administration of global and local internal control systems, with a focus on financial reporting and safeguarding assets against loss (such as fraud).
• Execute internal control quality assurance testing.
• Support Internal Audit function with process audits in entities across Elekta Group.
• Work with different cultures, deal with International Accounting Standards (IFRS) as well as applicable local accounting standards and international accounting environments.
• Work with a high degree of independence.
• Define, plan, and coordinate the Control Self-Assessment questionnaire across 35-plus Elekta subsidiaries.
• Take ownership of the corporate Business Intelligence solutions for Internal Controls and Auditing.
• Guidepost for Internal Control Manager EBS (Warsaw, Poland)
