We are looking for a Manger Int. Sales Audits for our International Headquarters in Luxembourg.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • 2+ years of relevant work or equivalent experience
  • Leadership, strong communication and project management skills, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding attitude and professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (written and oral), an additional language is considered an advantage
  • Willingness to travel at any given time
  • Strong organization skills to keep all aspects of project on track and communicated to all relevant people
  • Experience in sales / network marketing is considered an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strategic, analytic and creative thinking skillsStrong team leadership capabilities

Responsibilities
  • Managing the team under ISD doing sales revisions worldwide
  • Organizing the travel planning of revisions worldwide
  • Becoming an expert on PM-International’s business model, sales and marketing strategy, and the FitLine products
  • Identifying risks and improvements in our subsidiaries worldwide
  • Conducting Sales & Marketing Revisions in our PM subsidiaries around the world monthly
  • Doing / Following up with all tasks needed after the revision in the country is complete
  • Provide suggestions about ways we can improve our working methods with our subsidiaries
  • Train new Sales Directors in new countries to do the sales training correctly when needed
  • Provide transparency on project statutes and ensure meeting deadlines
  • Provide project related time estimates
  • Organize and orchestrate project meetings
  • Create project documentation and project reports
  • Communicate with project team members
  • Give and receive feedback
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Work in a multicultural environment with teams in multiple geographical locations
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Work closely with other departments in the company to ensure that the tasks are moving forward for that countryConducting business presentations in various countries when necessary
