켄달스퀘어 리츠운용 투자팀(상장리츠) 상장리츠를 통한 부동산투자 및 포트폴리오 전략 수립 투자구조, 재무모델, IM 작성, 투자자 보고 자료 작성 등 국내외 투자자, 대출기관, 파트너사 등 Q&A 대응 및 커뮤니케이션 Develop real estate investment and portfolio strategies through listed REITs Prepare investment structures, financial models, information memorandums (IM), and investor reporting materials Handle Q&A and communications with domestic and international investors, lenders, and partners 경력 2~4년차 자산운용사, 부동산자문사 등 국내부동산 투자 및 운용 관련 경력자 영어 커뮤니케이션(Verbal/Written) 능통자 재무모델 작성 능력 필수 회계사, 투자자산운용사, 부동산개발전문인력 등 금융/개발 관련 자격 소지자 우대 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience Experience in domestic real estate investment and asset management, preferably at asset management firms or real estate advisory companies Strong proficiency in English communication (verbal and written) Proficiency in financial modeling is required Preferred qualifications include CPA, Chartered Real Estate Developer, Certified Investment Manager, or other relevant financial/development certifications

Responsibilities

Develop real estate investment and portfolio strategies specifically through listed REITs. Responsible for creating financial models, investment structures, and managing communications with domestic and international investors and partners.
