WE’RE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE:

• Knowledge of Collateral Management / Derivative Products, inclusive but not limited to, (Equity Options, Total Return Swaps, Interest Rate Swaps, Bond Forwards, Currency Swaps, Cliques, Spot and Forward FX / Payments)
• Knowledge of REPOs
• Working knowledge of Blackrock Aladdin, Acadia, TriOptima triResolve
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – the ability to convey a broad array of information succinctly and accurately
• Excellent organization, planning and time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to interface with all levels of management
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent analytical, investment and business acumen
• High level attention to detail

• Collaborate with Treasury, Middle Office, Front Office, Custody and Collateral Agent
• Provide oversight of external Collateral Agent
• Identify process improvements and serve as Collateral Lead for driving new initiatives
• Participate in Liquidity Working Group sessions to evaluate existing collateral
• Research and remedy collateral breaks
