The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager, Investment Reporting to join our Corporate Services business unit, leading the Investment Reporting team. Reporting to the Head of Investment Operations and Valuation Governance, this role is responsible for overseeing high‑quality investment accounting, unit pricing, valuation governance, regulatory reporting and financial control outcomes for the Fund. You will lead a team of fund accountants and analysts and work closely with Investments, Risk, Product, Legal/Compliance, Financial Control and external partners, including our custodian and auditors. This role plays a key leadership role in delivering accurate, timely and compliant financial outcomes across complex, diversified investment portfolios, including listed markets, alternatives, private equity, infrastructure, credit and property. The role also contributes to finance and investment operations transformation, including system uplift, data optimisation and governance enhancement initiatives. About you You’re a technically strong finance leader who thrives in complex investment environments and enjoys leading and developing high‑performing teams. You’ll bring: CA or CPA qualification (essential) Experience in superannuation, fund management or a custodian environment Strong knowledge of investment accounting, unit pricing, controls and reconciliation principles Experience managing outsourced service providers and custodian relationships Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels A pragmatic, analytical and detail‑focused approach, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial information clearly You’ll also demonstrate UniSuper’s core capabilities, including facilitating change, operational decision‑making, prioritisation and accountability, and driving performance excellence.
