• Prepare and review legal and financial documents while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Proven experience in IPOs, Rights Issues, or similar capital market transactions.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
