About the Position: Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a IT Applications Manager to join the resort’s Information Technology team. The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: Lead, mentor, and manage the IT Application Support Analysts. Oversee application lifecycle including planning, deployment, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical application teams. Manage relationships with vendors and external application providers. Set and monitor team performance goals, conduct evaluations, and provide regular feedback. Translate business needs into clear application requirements and solutions. Lead and manage application-related projects from inception to completion. Ensure timely resolution of escalated application issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Oversee integration efforts, ensuring applications seamlessly exchange data with other enterprise systems. Collaborate with security teams to ensure applications comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Maintain detailed documentation of applications, processes, and systems. Develop and manage application-related budgets and resource allocation. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience managing enterprise-level business applications. Prior supervisory experience leading application support or technical teams. Proven track record managing vendors and contracts. Experience in hospitality systems preferred (PMS, POS, CRM). Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management. Strong leadership, mentoring, and team development skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Deep understanding of application lifecycle management. Knowledge of integration platforms, APIs, and middleware. Proficiency with enterprise-level systems such as Gaming CMS, Oracle HCM/ERP, Opera PMS, Simphony/Shiji POS, Salesforce, or similar. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
