Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT & Operations, as the Manager, IT Engineering you recognize the need to build highly scalable and automated solutions for a growing company. You will lead a team of IT Engineers, taking a hands-on approach to implementing and designing complex, AI-powered workflows. Working with stakeholders across the company, you’ll develop people-centric solutions using a diverse range of modern tools and technologies to solve everyday problems.

The Manager, IT Engineering will:

• Partner with the Senior Manager, IT & Operations to develop and execute the company’s IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess future IT needs, including representing the IT team, scaling processes, and implementing best practices for security and compliance.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT Engineering team. The IT Engineering team is currently 3 individual contributors and will grow over time.
• Ensure the uptime and reliability of shared IT services and hardware, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with Legal and Security teams to address data privacy and cybersecurity concerns.
