You will provide strategic leadership while ensuring strong day-to-day execution across infrastructure, systems administration, uptime, security, and internal IT services. You will work closely with Product, Front line teams and Operations teams to ensure systems are well-administered, fit-for-purpose, and actively enable business performance rather than slow it down. Key Responsibilities Specifically, the Manager, IT & Enterprise Systems at Peach can expect to lead/own the following elements: IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture Define and own Peach’s enterprise IT strategy and roadmap, aligned to business growth, operational complexity, and scalability needs. Design a coherent enterprise architecture that rationalizes and integrates existing tools (e.g. CRM, diallers, productivity suites, internal apps, cloud services). Collaborate with Product leadership to clearly delineate responsibilities between Product-built systems and enterprise IT systems, ensuring smooth handover, administration, and lifecycle management. Regularly review the relevance, cost, and effectiveness of IT tools, recommending consolidation, upgrades, or decommissioning where appropriate. Infrastructure, Networks & Reliability Own end-to-end responsibility for IT infrastructure uptime and reliability, including internet connectivity across all sites, networks, and remote access. Lead the redesign and optimization of multi-site internet and network architecture to minimize downtime and performance degradation. Oversee hardware provisioning and lifecycle management for laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other IT assets. Ensure CCTV systems, network devices, and on-premise infrastructure are consistently monitored, maintained, and secured. Systems Administration & Optimization Provide strategic oversight and governance for all off-the-shelf enterprise systems, including diallers, CRM, productivity tools, workflow platforms, and data storage solutions. Ensure systems are properly configured, adopted, documented, and optimized to support business processes. Reduce dependency on manual workarounds and uncontrolled spreadsheets by improving system usage, integrations, and data discipline. Partner with functional teams to ensure systems meet operational needs without over-customization. Automation & Process Enablement Identify high-impact opportunities for automation in conjunction with Product leadership across operations, sales, CX, marketing, fleet, inspection, finance, people & culture, and reporting. Lead the design and implementation of agreed upon IT automation solutions that reduce manual effort, errors, and cycle times. Leverage low-code/no-code platforms, integrations, and workflow tools responsibly to drive efficiency at scale. Measure and communicate the impact of automation initiatives on productivity and performance. Security, Risk & Data Management Own enterprise IT security posture, including access controls, data storage, firewall management, backups, and incident response. Ensure compliance with data protection, cybersecurity, and internal IT policies. Work with vendors and partners to manage cloud infrastructure, storage, and security services. Proactively identify and mitigate technology-related risks as the business scales. Team Leadership & Capability Building Provide strategic leadership to the IT function, including mentoring and upskilling. Define clear roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths within the IT team. Build capability in systems thinking, service delivery, documentation, and problem-solving. Establish performance standards, service-level expectations, and accountability across IT support and infrastructure teams. Stakeholder Partnership & Governance Act as a trusted technology partner to business leaders, translating operational challenges into scalable IT solutions. Work closely with Product to ensure internally built systems are deployable, supportable, and well-governed post-launch. Establish governance for system requests, prioritization, vendor engagement, and change management. Communicate clearly on risks, trade-offs, timelines, and dependencies. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 6+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, or technology operations, with at least 3 years in a management role. Proven experience stabilizing and scaling multi-site, tool-heavy environments. Strong background in systems integration, infrastructure reliability, and IT governance. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience in high-growth or multi-location businesses. Exposure to automation platforms, low-code tools, or workflow orchestration. Experience working alongside product or engineering teams. Experience in implementation of data privacy compliance (GDPR, ODPC, SOC 2) Other Job Details Enterprise and systems thinking Infrastructure and reliability management Automation and process optimization Vendor and stakeholder management People leadership and coaching Risk awareness and security discipline Embodies Peach Cars’ core values of Challenge, Respect, and Ownership Proactive, structured, and calm under pressure Strong bias toward simplification and scalability Comfortable challenging legacy setups and driving change Service-oriented while maintaining strong governance Within the first 3 months, success means stabilizing critical infrastructure (internet, core systems), clarifying system ownership, and establishing visibility into the full IT landscape. Within 6 months, success means improved uptime, cleaner system usage, early automation wins, and stronger confidence from business teams in IT support and reliability. Within 12 months, success means Peach operates on a well-integrated, secure, and scalable IT ecosystem with reduced manual work, fewer outages, and IT recognized as a strategic enabler of growth. Ultimately, a successful Manager, IT & Enterprise Systems will be seen as the architect of Peach’s internal technology backbone enabling teams to move faster, smarter, and with confidence.
