Job TitleManager IT - HR Functions Location(s)Pune Key Responsibilities: Service Ownership & Operational Excellence Accountable for stable, reliable, and secure operations across all enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and KPIs. Implement robust IT Service Management (ITSM) processes for incident management, change control, and problem resolution. Drive proactive monitoring and continuous service improvements for critical enterprise applications. Own and manage application lifecycle planning, including upgrades, patches, compliance audits, and end-of-life transitions. Business Relationship Management Serve as trusted partner to senior leadership in IT & business functions using solutions like Workday, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Concur etc ensuring IT solutions align with functional needs and business strategies. Facilitate regular business reviews to capture evolving requirements, share technology updates, and solicit feedback. Foster a collaborative and transparent partnership between IT and business units to maximize business value from technology investments short term to long term. Innovation, Automation & Transformation Identify opportunities to drive process automation, data transparency, and self-service capabilities within the enterprise functions. Champion the adoption of emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, advanced analytics) where they add measurable business value. Evaluate and lead cloud migrations, integration platform adoption (e.g., Boomi), and process reengineering initiatives. Lead efforts to harmonize global processes through technology standardization across regions. Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with vendors across the enterprise applications landscape, ensuring strong performance, innovation contributions. Establish a structured vendor governance framework, including regular performance review, resourcing needs and joint innovation initiatives.
