In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Prodata Systems Sdn Bhd Job Description Main Responsibilities Oversees daily security operations, manages vendors, protects customer and company information assets from threats, and ensures compliance with security standards while driving continuous improvement in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity capabilities. List of responsibilities 1. Ensure core IT infrastructure (network, server, cybersecurity, and data center) are performing optimally with adherence to security settings, performance monitoring, tuning, and preventive maintenance 2. Establish and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks. 3. Supervise cybersecurity vendors, ensuring service quality and timely project deliverables. 4. Act as technical liaison and presenter for both internal and external stakeholders on IT security projects. 5. Protect company and customers’ information systems against internal and external threats through proactive monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. 6. Lead cybersecurity assessments, penetration testing, and audits, ensuring implementation of remediation plans. 7. Keep abreast of the latest security technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. 8. Recommend and implement solutions that enhance security posture, operational efficiency, and digital resilience. 9. Prepare and present reports on IT security operations, incident response, risks, and performance to senior management. 10. Lead, mentor, and develop the IT Security Operations team to enhance technical expertise and responsiveness. 11. Lead incident response activities including investigation, root cause analysis, containment, remediation, and post-mortem review. 12. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during major security incidents to minimize business impact.
