Job Mission:
The Digital Channels team in Kia Europe IT is at the forefront of designing and evolving IT solutions across customer-facing, retailer-facing, and corporate channels. We’re dedicated to driving and enabling the Kia business through innovative technology, all while maintaining secure, stable and high-performance IT operations.
Join us as Manager IT Solutions in the Digital Channels team, where you will design and deliver high-quality, integrated, and scalable IT solutions using cutting-edge technology and methodologies. You will also be responsible for overseeing the management, satisfaction and strategic alignment of software applications across multiple functions and regions. The role primarily spans the areas of mobility and corporate systems, ensuring that data connects across channels, products, and services, to create a seamless customer experience. The role includes ensuring the applications meet the needs of the Kia business in Europe, supporting the integration of new solutions, as well as managing a team of applications specialists from external vendors, including Hyundai AutoEver, IT teams in the Korea Headquarters, as well as Regional IT suppliers to identify solutions that meet customer requirements.
The role will also act a key IT business partner, working with various business departments to ensure their technology needs are met, including driving the incident and issue resolution process with the IT vendors for your area(s) of responsibility.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the Global Headquarters team to help shape the direction of our software solutions and positively impact the organizations efficiency and innovation.

• Partner with Kia business functions to understand business requirements and priorities.
• Translate business requirements and priorities into IT requirements and projects.
• Manage IT projects from ideation through to delivery including 3rd party coordination.
• Function as the technical authority in KEU for the assigned project portfolio.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap in the assigned functional areas.
• Manage IT Operations with relevant IT suppliers.
• Manage project and operational IT budgets.
• Build and expand on existing IT supplier relationships.
• Manage the selection, onboarding and performance of technology implementation partners.
• Continuously identify and promote IT innovation opportunities and process best practices.
