Join Qiddiya Investment Company as the Manager - IT Strategy & Planning, where you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the IT strategy that supports our ambitious vision for entertainment, culture, and sports in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for aligning IT goals with business objectives while driving innovation and efficiency across our technology landscape. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the overall corporate strategy and business objectives. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the IT space that could benefit the organization. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of IT initiatives with the needs of the business. Establish and maintain performance metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency of IT operations and strategic projects. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the progress of IT strategy initiatives, outcomes, and potential adjustments. Lead the budgeting and resource allocation processes to ensure strategic IT objectives are met. Facilitate strategy workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to foster alignment and collaboration. Monitor technological advancements and industry best practices to continuously evolve the IT strategy. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT strategy, planning, with a strong understanding of business processes. Proven track record in strategic planning and project management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of IT governance frameworks and performance metrics.
