• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
• Manage the air conditioning team, including technicians and supervisors, ensuring work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Oversee scheduling and allocation of resources to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations related to HVAC systems.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality service and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement maintenance programs to maximize equipment lifespan and performance.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and procurement of materials.
