JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of management experience in F&B, preferably in Chinese cuisine restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary culture, customer expectations, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by F&B operations.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking staff and suppliers.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage procurement of authentic Chinese ingredients and liaise with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with SFA and NEA regulations, food hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and mentor service and kitchen staff to deliver authentic Chinese dining experiences.
  • Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency and customer service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Work with the management team on sales, cost control, and promotional activities.
