Project End-to-End Management A. Clear project background; proactively monitor OA (if available) upon receiving project requirements, or proactively communicate with BD (Business Development) regarding the necessary information list to undertake the project. B. Involves all necessary liaison and communication with clients during project execution. C. Project plan development, site survey arrangement, report writing, review, signing, and archiving. Confirm procedural compliance and accurate and timely delivery. D. Monitor payment collection quality in advance according to contract stipulations, push BD to confirm revenue and issue invoices. 2. Client Relationship Development and Maintenance A. Assist BD in pitching clients, including but not limited to presentations on service products and suggestions on technical methods. B. While ensuring compliance and legality, proactively plan and optimize processes, simplify client-related steps, efficiently achieve project goals, and improve client satisfaction. 3. Professional technical and quality control; proficiently use various evaluation methods to review evaluation reports, make reasonable predictions, and confirm the rationality and fairness of conclusions. Responsibilities
