• Responsible for working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation
• Maintain good rapport with the staff to ensure sales targets are achieved by individual and team performance
• Ability to drive sales and willing to provides hair treatment services
• Promote brand awareness and the company’s service/ products to customers
• Handle customers’ feedback professionally
• Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service

Requirements

• At least 3 years of similar experience in Beauty/ Spa/ Hair industry
• Strong communication skills and selling techniques
• Able to work on weekends and PH preferred
• Good management and service skills
