The Manager – HRBP is a role responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy for a Business Unit within the KPMG Delivery Network. The role also partners directly with BU leads to enable business transformation, workforce scalability, talent optimization, and a high-performance culture aligned to KPMG values and global HR frameworks. This role acts as a trusted advisor to business colleagues, driving strategic HR initiatives across workforce planning, leadership development, organization design, employee engagement, succession planning, and change management within a fast-growing global delivery environment.
