Description
We are seeking a seasoned person with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM  modules to lead our HCM team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in HCM modules and have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least five end-to-end implementation projects. Additionally, they should exhibit strong people management skills. Roles and responsibilities  * Manage the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including  Global Human Resources, Talent Management, Workforce Compensation  Management , Benefits , Payroll , Absence Management , Oracle Recruiting Cloud , Workforce Management, HR Help Desk and Security. * Develop strategic plans for Oracle HCM Cloud systems deployment and enhancements. * Oversee the gathering of business requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions to meet those needs. * Lead and mentor a team of functional consultants and leads. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated financial processes. * Ensure documentation such as fit gap documents, configuration documents, test scripts and user training materials are created and maintained. * Manage budgets and timelines for financial systems projects. * Recruit, train, and manage team members. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. * Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Requirements: * More than 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules. * More than 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle HCM Cloud  * Expertise in at least 3 HCM Modules. * Proven experience in managing at least 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. * Strong leadership and people management skills. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.  
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion HCM modules while managing a team of functional consultants. Develop strategic deployment plans and oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to documentation.
