As part of the Marketing team, you will collaborate with leadership to evolve the account management program and implement best-in-class practices. You will work closely with the Area Marketing Director, the Marketing team, and Lead Partners.

What you will do:

  • Manage 2–3 priority public sector accounts with detailed relationship plans and opportunity pipelines
  • Develop strategies that align with account goals and drive growth
  • Lead planning and execution for internal and external client meetings
  • Monitor and report on financial results and progress toward objectives
  • Identify opportunities through strategic account management
  • Co-create growth strategies tailored to public sector clients
  • Share insights and best practices across accounts
  • Support the client feedback process and integrate findings into strategy

What you bring to this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in professional services
  • Experience working with, or a working knowledge of, public sector clients/government bodies
  • A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Understanding of sales methodologies and the RFP process
  • Experience with marketing or proposal writing
  • Ability to interpret financial, market, and client data
  • Confidence in leading meetings and influencing stakeholders
