The RV Park Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 200 space KOA RV park, store, laundry, pool (seasonal) and grounds. Overseeing a staff of four to five depending on season with the abilities to handle scheduling, reservations and park policy enforcement while providing excellent guest service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Excellent communication and Team building skills, ability to motivate and train your staff Managing the property in the most efficient and profitable manner possible remaining consistent with the goals and objectives of Boomtown KOA Daily golf cart inspection Good reporting and money handling skills Ensuring that all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete and submitted in a timely manner. Ensuring distribution of all property-issued notices, consistently enforcing the rental agreement and property rules.
