Description

* Location: Gurgaon * Act as thought partner to Global Sector Heads/ Leads to develop their sector charter, roadmaps and related assets * Be responsible for all sector related reporting, including confidential internal statistics such as revenue and engagements * Lead annual business planning and monthly group meetings * Shaping a potential Sector L&D program and working with Sector teams to deliver cross-sector theme projects * Enable strong collaboration within sector groups to uniform sector delivery amongst DA Priority sectors (C&R, FS, HCLS, ENR) * End-to-end project execution/ management of sector assets such as TL, POV, benchmarking, financials and peer intelligence * Articulate findings through structured visually appealing / appropriate frameworks and in a clear, grammatically correct English * Guide colleagues – ownership of self and team’s outputs and driving synergies within global, regional and KDN India teams

Responsibilities
