Description

The role is the Programme Manager for our culture activity across the UK firm. This is a critical programme which supports the delivery of our UK strategy and reports quarterly to the Culture Steering Committee comprising stakeholders from our Board and Executive Committee. The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Programme Manager with proven experience in delivering a PMO role on high profile projects. The candidate will be part of central Culture, Engagement and Wellbeing team and will be performance managed by the Director within the team. The Programme Manager will be a key member of the programme team, working closely with colleagues leading culture programmes across the firm. The purpose of the role is to drive the co-ordination of firmwide culture programmes applying strong governance, thereby helping the workstream leads to manage dependencies, risks, costs and stakeholder expectations. The Programme Manager is also responsible for the production of the quarterly culture dashboard, a key tool to measure our culture.

Responsibilities
