Description
Should have prior experience on creating ServiceNow proposals. Experience on responding to ServiceNow RFP's & proposal defense. Experience on creating effort estimation for proposals. Should have strong Presentation skills preferably creating ServiceNow proposals, should have good excel skills. Should have prior working experience in ServiceNow tool. Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members. Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines. Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork. Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization. Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
Responsibilities
