You’ll step into a key quality assurance role within our Global KYC & Onboarding function, where you’ll review completed KYC files, strengthen controls, and support continuous improvement across our processes. This is a 12 month opportunity, Sydney‑based position, working closely with teams who are committed to delivering high‑quality financial crime risk outcomes. You’ll provide guidance, insights, and training that help uplift capability and ensure our KYC practices remain accurate, consistent and aligned to regulatory requirements. You’ll conduct detailed QA assessments, support the development of our QA framework, and collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Financial Crime Compliance and project teams. You’ll identify risks, recommend enhancements, contribute to training, and help drive a culture of quality and accountability across the KYC function. What do I need?
