We are seeking an experienced leader who will manage day-to-day activities, coaching, and mentoring a team within the Commercial Organization. You will be responsible for the team's overall success in achieving key business metrics, customer satisfaction, and ultimately patient pull-through to reach revenue goals. Where you come in You will lead, coach, and manage your team to achieve individual and team targets You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Training to develop personalized selling strategies for various customer segments You will ensure that the team follows best practices in customer engagement, lead nurturing, and follow-up procedures You will ensure that all compliance and regulatory measures are being strictly adhered to and deliver quality and timely customer service You will ensure that the team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in CRM You will stay informed about competitive products, industry trends, and clinical applications Responsible for market development and ensuring that revenue is generated Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the functions What makes you successful: You have prior management experience with preference in the medical device/pharmaceutical sector You have prior experience in managing a remote team You have a high level of confidence, integrity and interpersonal skills and a professional presence You have exceptional phone-based communication skills, relationship-building and customer service skills You have a basic understanding of data analytics and KPI reporting What you'll get: A front row seat to life changing CGM technology. Travel Required: 0-5% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 8 - 12 years of industry experience. 2 - 5 years of previous management or lead experience.
