Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Manager, Leadership and Capability is responsible for enhancing workforce capability by building employee skills and career

pathways from entry to executive levels, leading training advisors, and deploying a capability centre of excellence.

  • Leadership development: Design and deliver leadership programs using contemporary learning methodologies and the 70:20:10

learning framework to uplift leadership capability across the organisation.

  • Early career pathways: Lead structured programs and opportunities to support emerging talent and cultivate future leaders within

the organisation.

  • Technical and safety capability: Manage technical training services and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with budget and

operational goals, collaborating with key stakeholders.

  • Behavioural competency: Lead annual behavioural workshops to uplift the capability of all employees to be highly engaged and

high performing.

  • Leadership engagement: Advise and coach people leaders to foster a culture of leadership growth performance and facilitate

innovative leadership learning hubs and forums.

  • Collaboration and partnerships: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including training providers, to deliver exceptional

leadership programs and promote early career pathways as part of organizational success.

  • Strategy and reporting: Contribute to the people strategy for the organisation and provide reporting on quality and progress of

programs.
