We are searching for an inspiring, capable and high-performing People Leader to play a critical role in building the leadership capability that will shape the future of our proud, iconic Australian brand. Our Leadership Development team partners with the business to design and deliver contemporary programs to grow high-performing leaders, strengthen our Together, Stronger culture, and enable our people to achieve their full potential.

You will share our passion for the fast-paced and dynamic supply chain and logistics industry and be energised by working as part of a high-performing and supportive team. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Operations Training, the role is accountable for:

  • Partnering with HR and business leaders to design and deliver innovative leadership programs to support capability growth and build high-performing teams
  • Leading and inspiring a small, dedicated team to deliver practical and impactful development initiatives aligned with our strategy
  • Developing and embedding leadership capability to support business initiatives
  • Managing external partners and vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose leadership solutions that strengthen organisational performance
  • Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness to demonstrate measurable results in safety, customer, people and growth outcomes
  • Supporting enterprise-wide initiatives that embed a continuous improvement and high-performance culture across Linfox

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Development or a related field (postgraduate desirable)
